1.     10 oz. Grilled New York Strip
with Maitre D' Butter

2.      Stuffed Boneless Chicken
 Chicken breast with lemon, capers and white wine sauce

3.     Filet of Salmon
with tomato, black olives and lemon sauce 

Money and  Dinner choices must be in by March 24th

The cost is $35 per Pack Rat. Price includes 1 guest

A Guest could  be your wife, girl friend, significant other, or a good friend, but not another Packrat.

Additional Guests are $35.00 each
